some jokes are not funny when are traslate in another language,,

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. At first I thought the drawing means that US has shows which make jokes about other countries/nations (It's true. A lot of Anti-Russian jokes...). And the people from different nations look pissed at the American guy because he laughs at their countries.
